This hotel is located on the island at a great price, close to the bridge, with a slow stream surrounding it, and easy access to all the shops. The rooms are comfortable, but the air conditioning unit is a bit noisy. The service is decent, with helpful staff at the desk and the manager stepping in when necessary. The dining offers great homemade pastries, while the facilities are average but functional.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was ideal, close to the ferry docks and other water parks, making it convenient for day trips. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a lovely view. However, the dining options were limited, and the Wi-Fi in the lower bedroom was not ideal.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was modern and spacious, but the Wi-Fi was only available in the lower bedroom, which was inconvenient. The service was commendable with the desk clerk attending to our needs promptly, yet the manager's approach seemed a bit off. The location, being right across from the ferry and offering easy access to everything Mackinaw City has to offer, was a definite plus. The dining experience, although not included, offered authentic udon that was satisfactory. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
